摘 要:研究了ASGR的极谱伏安行为,建立了它的极谱分析法.在pH=8.84的NH3-NH4Cl底液中,ASGR产生一峰形好、稳定、灵敏度高的还原峰,峰电位Ep在-0.85V左右(vs.SCE),其峰电流和浓度在1.0×10-8mol/L~3.0×10-5mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9884~0.9994),检测限为9×10-9mol/L.RSD为1.90%(n=8),标准回收率在99.60%~103.5%之间.测定了10余种染料对其的干扰,结果表明该法灵敏度高、线性范围宽、操作方便、干扰少,可望用于ASGR的定量分析.此外还对ASGR的电极反应机理进行了初步的探讨.A polarographic method for the determination of acidscarlet GR was established.A stable and sensitive linear-sweep voltammetric peak was obtained at -0.85V(vs.SCE) in NH3-NH4Cl(pH8.84)buffer solution.The peak current was proportional to the concentration over the range of 1.0×10(-8) mol/L~3.0×10(-5) mol/L(r=0.9884~0.9994) and the limit of detection is 9×10(-9) mol/L.The relative standerd deviation was 1.90 %(n=8) and the mean recovery of AS GR was 99.60 %~103.5 %.The interference was determined about more than ten kinds of dyestuffs.This method was anticipated to use in the quantitative analysis of AS GR.The mechanism of electrode reaction was preliminarily discussed.
