摘　　要：结合金属半固态加工技术的特点,通过与传统液态压铸技术的比较,分析了半固态触变压铸的工艺过程、充型机理及工艺要素。同时对半固态压铸模具及压射系统的改进也进行了讨论,给出了选用半固态压铸机的一般流程。Combined with unique features of semi-solid processing, mechanism of flow behavior during filling of die cavity, technical factors and process of thixocasting are detailed analysed compared with traditional die-casting technology. At the same time, the improvement of die and shooting system is also discussed. General flow chart of choosing die-casting machine for semi-solid processing is given.
