军队疗养员生存质量及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解军队疗养员生存质量现状及其影响因素。方法采用《世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOLBREF)》及自编的《军队疗养员一般情况调查表》对244名军队疗养员进行调查。结果1军队疗养员生存质量各领域得分均高于地方社区人群。2多元回归分析显示对军队疗养员生存质量影响明显的因素为是否患慢性病、经济状况、住房条件、邻里关系、婚姻状况。结论军队疗养员生存质量高于普通社区人群;改善疗养员的经济状况、住房条件和邻里关系,维持良好的健康状况和婚姻关系有利于进一步提高生存质量。Objective To investigate the present situation and the affecting factors of quality of life among military convalescents。 Method 244 military convalescents were investigated with WHOQOL-BREF and the self-designed military convalescent questionnaire。 Results Each domain's score of the quality of life among the military convalescent is higher than that among the man in the street; Factors affecting the military convalescent's quality of life are chronic disease、economic income、housing condition、 neighbor and marriage relationship。Conclusion the quality of life among the military convalescent,which is higher than that among the man in the street, would be more improved if the military convalescent's economic income、housing condition、 neighbor and marriage relationship are improved and health status are kept better。
