摘　　要：目的研制能减轻空勤疗养员手指采血疼痛的新方法。方法用“采血枪法”与常规采血法对空勤疗养员随机分组后,进行手指采血,通过视觉模拟评分(VAS)评测两组疼痛强度。结果“常规组”的VAS为5.1±1.3分,其中较疼率为63%、微痛率为17%,而“采血枪组”的VAS为2.6±1.0分,其中较痛率和微痛率分别为15%、85%,较“常规组”的疼痛强度显著降低(p<0.01)。结论采血枪法显著优于常规法,有助于提高疗养效果。Objective Ained to find out a new method to reduce pain in collecting blood.sample by finger acupuncture to aviators.Methods All aviators are divided into two groups randomly by the means to acqure blood sample as routine method and fast automatic acupuncture (FAA).The results are evaluated by visual and logue score (VAS).Results Average VAS is 5.1±1.3 in routine group of obvious pain is 63%,Slight pain 17%.Average VAS is 2.6±1.0 in FAA group,Slight pain is 85%,obvious pain 15%.Degree of pain is a marked drop (P<0.01).Conclusion FAA is much better than routine method in collecting blood sample.
