摘　　要：目的 :探讨超声诊断假性动脉瘤的临床价值。方法 :运用二维超声及彩色多谱勒血流显像技术对 34例假性动脉瘤进行扫查 ,重点观察其彩色血流信号和动脉血流频谱特征。结果 :“一级假性瘤囊”2 6例 ,“次级假性瘤囊”5例 ,“三级假性瘤囊”3例。主要诊断指标是假性动脉瘤瘘道内可见红色和兰色交替的彩色血流束 ,并检测可“来回运动”动脉血流频谱图。断率 10 0 %。结论 :超声诊断假性动脉瘤安全、可靠 ,应作为首选诊断方法。Objective:To find out clinical utility of ultrasonic diagnosis for pseudoaneurysms.Method:34 cases of pseudoaneurysms were practiseed with two dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow image.It was important to observe the characters color flow signal and Doppler frequency in the pseudoaneurysms.Result:There were 26 cases of the first seal pseudoaneurysms cavity,5 cases of the second seal pseudoaneurysms cavity and 3 cases of the third seal pseudoaneurysms cavity.They were main diadynamic markers that there were orchid or red flow tracts and the “To-and-Iro”sign in the pseudoaneurysms.The diagnosis rate was 100%.Conclusion:This method which is safety,useful,reliable to practise should be excerpt first diadynamic method.
