摘 要:针对小电源上网带来的上网110kV变电站保护配置复杂、小电源侧保护灵敏度低甚至有时无法启动、小电源上网后变电站的供电可靠性降低等问题提出了基于低电压保护的小电源上网的一种实用保护解决方案。该方案的保护原理和配置和简单,大大简化了保护整定和运行管理,提高了电源上网侧保护的启动灵敏度,从而提高了上网变电站的供电可靠性,实践证明该方案简单有效。The interconnection of small power sources into power grid brings a lot of problems: the protection configuration of 110 kV substation used for the interconnection becomes more complicated, the protection sensitivity on the small power source side decreases and even the protection can not start sometimes, the power supply reliability of the substation is reduced after the small power source is interconnected. To solve these problems, a practical protection plan based on low voltage protection was put forward for the grid interconnection of small power sources. The protection principle and configuration of the plan are simple and the protection setting and operation management are simplified substantially, the starting sensitivity of the protection on the small power source side is increased and the power supply reliability is improved. The plan is verified simple and effective through practice.
