摘　　要：介绍了软件错误分析专家系统的总体架构、知识表示、推理机制以及Web模式应用的实现方法。该系统可对Internet环境下运行的软件常见错误进行诊断,给出错误分析,提出修改建议,并可解释错误分析过程,给出推理步骤,还具备自学习功能,可不断将新的专家知识充实到知识库,提高自身诊断和推理能力。This paper introduces main structure of the software exception analysis expert system, knowledge express, inference machine and method of implementing Web application. The system can diagnose common exception of software running in Internet, present exception analysis, put forward improvement advise, and can explain the analysis process, present inference steps. The system is provided with self-study capacity, can enrich new expert knowledge into knowledge base constantly to enhance its diagnosis and inference power.
