甲磺隆不同喷施期对高寒草甸退化草地的防除效果研究

摘  要:利用甲磺隆对重度退化的高寒草甸进行杂草防除的试验表明,喷施甲磺隆后杂类草生物量大幅度降低,禾草类生物量和比例明显增加;施药期越早,其效果越明显。草地群落中垂穗披碱草和青海野青茅的高度、盖度和频度提高;黄帚橐吾、甘肃马先蒿、雅毛茛和鹅绒委陵菜的高度、盖度和频度均下降。随施药期推迟,高度、盖度和频度向对照过渡。物种多样性指数与施药时期成反比,群落丰富度降低。对甲磺隆最敏感的有蒲公英、车前草和异叶米口袋,敏感的有毛茛属和马先蒿属。The effect of herbicide-Jiahuanglong on weeds grown in deteriorated alpine meadow was studied.The result showed that after spraying Jiahuanglong,the biomass of weeds obviously decreased and that of fine grasses significantly increased. Especially,the height,coverage and frequency of fine grasses, such as Elymus nutans and Deyeuxia kokonor in grassland community increased,while the height,cover- age and frequency for poisonous and maleficent grasses,such as Ligularia sagittu,Pedicularis kansuensis, Ranunculus pulchellus and Potentilla anserine dropped. Meanwhile,with the time delayed,the height, coverage and frequency of fine gasses also tended to those of the control. And biodiversity index was in- versely proportional to spraying date. In addition,a phenomena was found,that Taraxacum mongolicum, Plantago assatica and Gueldenstaedtia diversifolia are very sensitive to Jiahunglong,Ranunculus and Pedicularis are sensitive to Jiahunglong.
