摘　　要：对北京工业大学图书馆电子资源的利用情况及读者对相关服务的意见做了调查和分析,认为高校图书馆要做好信息服务工作应充分了解读者的需求,在更新服务理念的基础上采取有效服务机制并创造性地开展工作。On the basis of the investigation of the using of the electric resources and related services in Beijng University of Technology Library, the measures of improving the information service of university libraries are put forward. First is to know the need of readers muc h better, the second is the effective operating mechanism , the last is the creative work.
