摘 要:为了评价配电网的抗灾变能力,定义了配电网的抗灾变系数反映配电网在各种故障后对受影响的健全区域恢复供电的能力,它由配电网架抗灾变率和配电网静态安全率两部分相乘构成,前者反映从网架结构的角度对受影响的健全区域恢复供电的能力,后者反映从电气设备的容量的角度对受影响的健全区域恢复供电的能力。论述了配电网的抗灾变性分析和评价方法,采用配电网抗灾变性分析表反映各种故障的影响范围,采用故障后甩负荷表反映各种故障的影响程度,采用馈线故障关联表列出会造成某条健全线路停电的各种故障。并给出一个实例说明了提出的指标和方法。In order to evaluate the anti-accident ability of distribution networks, a parameter of anti-accident ability is defined to identify the ability of healthy feeder restoration in various fault conditions, and the parameter is composed of structural anti-accident ability and distribution network security level. The former identifies the ability of restoration with the network frame. The latter identifies the ability of restoration considering the electrical limitation of equipments. The method of anti-accident ability evaluation is discussed. A table of distribution network anti-accident ability is used to show the range of fault effects. A load shielding table is used to show the intensity of fault effects, and a feeder-fault related table is described to list the faults which may cause a certain feeder fault. An example is described to explain the proposed parameters and methods.
