摘  要:鞍钢 7号高炉大修改造采用了无料钟炉顶、铜冷却壁、矩形出铁场、炉前液压矮炮、风动振打开口机、轮法炉渣粒化等一系列新设备、新工艺。通过科学、精心的开炉准备和合理的开炉方案制定,在很短的时间内达到了设计水平,为进一步实现一代炉役的高效、优质、长寿、环保奠定了基础。A series of new equipment and new processes, such as bell-less top, copper cooling stave, rectangular casthouse, hydraulic clay gun in front of blast furnace, pneumatic taphole opening machine and slag granulation with impeller are adopted in the revamping of No.7 blast furnace in Anshan Iron and Steel Group Company. The designed output is achieved in a short time through scientific and careful blowing-in preparation as well as rational blowing-in solution. This practice lays good foundation for realizing long campaign, effective, high quality and environment protection.
