摘　　要：模态逻辑一经产生,就遭到奎因的质疑。奎因认为,模态概念无论在逻辑上还是在哲学上其正确性都值得怀疑。他甚至认为模态逻辑是多余的,应予以抛弃。通过对奎因批判模态逻辑的背景和理论进行分析,文章认为奎因对模态逻辑的批评在观念上和论证上都存在缺陷,因此奎因的批判是不能成立的。As soon as modal logic came into being, Quine questioned it. In Quine's opinion, the modal concept was doubtful whether on logic or in philosophy. He even thought that modal logic was surplus and should be abandoned. The paper analyses the background and theory of Quine's critical modal logic and believed that Quine's criticism is not right for its shortcomings of concept and reasoning.
