动态心电图观察窦性心动过缓、病态窦房结综合征患者心率和心律变化

摘　　要：经电生理检查和药物试验,用动态心电图分别观察窦性心动过缓(简称窦缓)、病态窦房结综合征(简称病窦)患者心率和心律改变。结果表明:窦绥组与病窦组各项心率指标均有显著性或非常显著性差异。病窦组较窦缓组更易合并缓慢性心律失常。根据本文结果提出动态心电图诊断病窦的标准。Observations of changes in heart rate and cardiac rhythem on patients with sinus brady- cardia(SB)and sick sinus syndrome(SSS)by ambulatory ECG(AECG)have been done in our lab,after electrophysiology study and drug test.The results showed that:1.There are signicant differences in all criterias between SB and SSS.2.Patients with SSS are more apt to be complicated with cardiac arrhythmias than thoes with SB,according to the above men- tioned results,the diagnostic criteria were established in this paper.
