老年男性冠心病患者性激素失衡及睾酮制剂的调节作用

摘　　要：采用随机、交叉试验法,给62例老年男性冠心病(CHD)患者口服新一代睾酮制剂 andriol.结果表明,老年男性 CHD 患者存在血清性激素(SH)失衡,即血清睾酮(T)水平较健康组降低,雌二醇(E_2)水平及 E_2/T 比值较健康组升高(P 均<0.001);andriol 可使患者的 SH 失衡得以改善,即血清 T 水平明显上升(P<0.001),E_2水平无显著变化(P>0.05),E_2/T 比值下降(P<0.05).而对照组无此作用.服用andriol 未见明显副作用.We conducted a random crossover study on the effects of a new androgenic preparation “andriol”in 62 elderly men with coronary heart disease(CHD).Our results showed that serum estradial(E_2)level and estradial/testosterone(E_2/T)ratio were significantly elevated and serum T level was significantly reduced(all P<0.001)in CHD patients,when com- pared with those in healthy controls,indicating that there was disorder of sex hormones (SH)in elderly men with CHD.After administration of andriol,the disorder of SH in CHD patients was improved,that is,serum T level was increased significantly(P<0.001),E_2 le- vel did not change significantly(P>0.05)and E_2/T ratio was reduced(P<0.05).There was no significant change in the control group.No obvious side effect was found in those who took andriol.
