四型多齿轮流量变送器的流量特性研究

摘　　要：利用平衡式复合齿轮泵的工作原理,设计了一种能测量高压液压系统动态流量的容积式流量变送器,并做了可行性实验,对该流量变送器的流量特性进行了理论分析和仿真研究,研究结果表明,该变送器的流量脉动只有普通齿轮变送器脉动的 1 /16,流量脉动频率明显加快,流量品质得到明显改善,又因为该流量计属于容积式流量计,故不受测试环境条件影响,能准确测量液压系统高压流量,具有测量范围大、精度高、可靠性好等优点,可广泛使用在化工、煤矿、冶金等行业的高压液压系统的流量测量。Based on the principle of balanced and composite gear pump, which is invented by our research group, a kind of dynamic capacity type flowmeter is designed, which could be used in the high pressure hydraulic system. And the feasibility experiment of the flowmeter has been done. The flow characteristic of the flowmeter has been analyzed and imitated. Some conclusions can be received as follows: The pulsation rate of flowmeter is only 1/16 of general one, the flow pulsation frequency is obviously quickened, and the flow quality of the flowmeter get obviously ameliorated. Because of the flowmeter belonging to the capacity type, the flowmeter has bigger using scope, higher accurate rate and more dependable degree.
