摘　　要：根据RNA提取的基本原理 ,利用DEPC处理过的去离子水代替CTAB和SDS提取缓冲液 ,成功地提取了小黑杨和西伯利亚蓼的RNA。该方法简单易行 ,是一种提取RNA的新方法 ,同时对该方法的使用提出了建议和要求。According to the principle of isolating RNA, the authors succeeded in extracting the total RNA of Populus simonii × P nigra and Polygonum sibiricum by means of being treated ddH 2O by DEPC in stead of CTAB and SDS buffer method. The method is a simple and easy way to isolating RNA. At the same time the authors suggested requests for the usage of the method.
