摘　　要：本文分析了北京市“三农”当前存在的四个突出问题,并从提高农民收入、提高农产品国际竞争力、加快城镇化步伐、发展涉农服务业与强化科研、教育与推广系统的创新等五个方面进行了论述。In this article, four questions of the rural, agriculture and peasant's issue of Beijing were analyzed. To resolve these shortages, five methods were brought forward with improving the earning of peasants, boosting the international competition ability of agricultural goods, fasting town building, promoting agricultural servicing industries, and innovating the research, education and extending system.
