摘　　要：在对北京市饭店产业组织现状,特别是产业规模、空间布局和产业绩效研究的基础上,结合奥运会和北京旅游产业战略转型的特征,本文有针对性地提出了以产业结构、产品结构、空间布局、产业政策为核心的北京市饭店产业的宏观调控思路。After analyzing the hotel industry organization, especially industry scale, locations and industry effectiveness, the author researchs the background of Beijing hotel industry development, and gives his advices about the industry policy and development strategy. All of these studies focus on hotel industry structure, product structure, locations, and other government adjust systems.
