摘　　要：作为批判形态的马克思、恩格斯的人权观 ,其目的不是要抽象地批判和否定人权 ,而是要彻底颠覆近代西方人权观和空想社会主义的形而上学的基础 ,揭露资产阶级人权观的实质和空想社会主义的缺陷 ,并在此基础上构建无产阶级人权观 。As the critical style, the theory of human rights of Marxism does not criticize and negate the human rights abstractly, only reverse the metaphysical base of both the modern viewpoint of human rights and utopian socialism, and expose the essence of the viewpoint of human rights of the bourgeoisie and defect of utopian socialism, meanwhile, construct the viewpoint of human rights of the proletarian. It realizes the integration between criticism and structure.
