摘　　要：本文从利益一致的角度解析了《商君书》,认为战国时,秦国的统治者所采用的赏刑政策及执行它时的度的把握,是形成秦人尚武进取精神的重要原因,最终成为秦国完成统一大业的不可忽视精神因素。This article is intended to analyze the Shang jun shu (《商君书》)from the direction of identical profit .The ruler of Qin (秦) state in warring states period adopted of policy of punishment and awards .It is the cause of the spirit of people in Qin state to progress and evaluate warring. This is the unelectable factor for the unification of Qin state.
