护理质量缺陷及其在内科与外科病区分布的比较分析

摘　　要：目的对护理质量缺陷相关因素进行分析,制定防范措施,提高护理质量。方法将护理质量缺陷分为处理医嘱缺陷、漏注射漏发药、错注射错发药、造成损伤、其它共五类进行统计分析;将其在内科与外科病区分布特点做比较分析。结果护理质量缺陷分类从高到低依次为错注射错发药、处理医嘱缺陷、漏注射漏发药、造成损伤及其它;内科病区与外科病区质量缺陷分类的构成比不同。结论降低护理质量缺陷要根据质量缺陷的类型及不同科室的特点,针对性采取措施,才能切实有效地降低质量缺陷的发生率。Objective: To analyze the nursing quality deficiency and its distribution in medical and surgery departments for establishing countermeasures and improving the nursing quality. Methods: The nursing quality deficiency were sorted to five dimensions: wrongly handling physician order, omitting injection and dispensing, mistaking injection and dispensing, causing harm, and miscellaneous. Each dimension was accounted and its distribution in medical and surgery department was assessed. Results: The incidence of nursing quality deficiency from high to low read mistaking injection and dispensing, wrongly handling physician order, omitting injection and dispensing, causing harm, and miscellaneous. The component ratio was different between the medical and surgery department. Conclusion: To improve nursing quality nursing managers should take different measures according to the characteristics of each kind of nursing quality deficiency.
