高效液相色谱法测定基诺惰秋齐胶囊中芍药苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立基诺惰秋齐胶囊中芍药苷含量测定的方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定。色谱柱:AlltechC18[4.6mm(i.d.)×200mm](AlltechAssociates,Inc.),流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14:86);检测波长:230nm。结果:芍药苷的平均加样回收率为102.2%,RSD=2.47%(n=5)。结论:本法可靠,重现性好,为基诺惰秋齐胶囊的质量控制和评价提供了依据。Objective: To establish a determining method for Paeoniflorin in Jinuoduoqiuqi capsules. Method: Using HPLC with Alltech C18 column [4.6 mm×200 mm 5 μml, acetonitrile 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution (14: 86) as mobile phrase and detecting wavelength at 230 nm. Result: The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 102.2%,RSD =2.47% (n=5). Conclusion: This method was proved to be reliable and reproducible, and could provide a reliable basis for the quality control and evaluation of Jinuoduoqiuqi capsules.
