摘　　要：目的:建立肝速康胶裳中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法:双波长薄层扫描法,薄层板:硅胶G预制薄层板,展开剂:环己烷-丙酮-醋酸乙酯(5:2:1),显色方法:喷以10%硫酸乙醇溶液。结果:线性范围1μg-5μg,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为2.7%。结论:方法准确、可靠,为控制肝速康胶囊的质量提供了科学依据。Objective: To set up a method for determinalion of oleanolic acid in Gansukang capsules. Method: TLCS was used, thin layer plate:silicagel G prefabricating thinlayer plate,developing reagent:cyclohexane-acetone-ethyl acetate (5:2: 1) ,colorimetric method:sprayed with 10% sulfuric acid ethanol solution. Result: The linear range was from 1 to 5 μg,the average recovery and RSD were 100. 0 and 2. 7% , respectively. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable, and can provide a scientic basis for the quality control of Gansukang capsules.
