摘　　要：目的:建立独活寄生合剂中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:用HPLC-ELSD法,AlltimaC18色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-水(16:84),柱温:30℃;流速:1.0ml·min-1漂移管温度:109℃,气流量:3L·min-1。结果:研究表明,点样量在2.64-10.56μg时线性良好。平均回收率为97.97%,RSD=2.0%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、快速,重现性好,可作为本产品的质量控制方法。Objective: To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Duhuojisheng mixture. Method: HPLC-ELSD were used by using Alltima C18 column and acetonitrile-water( 16: 84) as mobile phrase. Column temperature was 30 ℃, the flow rate was 1 ml·min-1, An everaporative light-scattering detector(ELSD) model 2000 was used as detector. Result: Obtained results indicated that within 2. 64-10. 56 μg paeoniflorin. The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 97. 97% , RSD = 2. 0% (n=5 ) . Conclusion:The method was proved to be simple,rapid,and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of this mixture.
