摘　　要：认识和把握财务业绩报告发展的国际化趋势离不开对美、英两国的分析。通过对美、英及IASB等国际组织的财务业绩报告变化情况的分析,有助于对财务业绩报告发展路径的认识,进而对未来财务业绩报告的方向作出正确的判断与思考。The analysis on the experience of America and UK could benefit to grasp the internationalization trend of financial performance report, which is also helpful to understand the way of development, thus could have a correct judgment of its direction.
