摘　　要：介绍了壳聚糖的性质及研究历史,综述了壳聚糖及其衍生物在水处理、膜分离、分析化学、纺织工业、冷却水循环系统的阻垢、液晶及生物医用材料等方面的应用研究,并对壳聚糖的应用研究进行了展望。Properties and previous research history of chitosan were reviewed and described briefly.Applications of chitosan and its derivatives in the fields of water treatment,manufacture of membrane materials for separation operation, chemical analysis,texitile industry,scale inhibitor in cooling water circulation system,manufacture of liquid crystal as well as,biotechnological and medical materials etc.were summarized. Prospect of applications of chitosan in future was forecasted.
