高岭土表面的偶联活化改性研究

摘　　要：采用DL-411-A型偶联剂对高岭土进行表面活化处理,研制出相应的AK-1型表面偶联活化改性高岭土。考察了改性高岭土在有机介质中的相容性、最大填充量、偶联剂用量、活化改性高岭土的性质,结果表明:活化改性后,高岭土作为填料的主要性能有明显提高。After the surface of kaolin was modified by DL-411-A coupling agent, AK-1 active kaolin was acquired. The compatibility of coupler-modified kaolin in organic medium, maximal loading level, use level of coupling agent and properties of active kaolin were investigated. The results obtained indicated that the properties of active kaolin as filler had been modified effectively.
