再论我国城市社区及其发展规划

摘　　要：首先比较与城市社区发展规划相关的概念、范畴与层次;其次,深入探讨我国城市社区发展的现状以及社区发展规划的要求,然后,提出我国城市社区发展规划理论中应理清的四个问题;结论是我国需要建立科学的社区发展理论体系,同时应完善城市规划体系及其编制程序。This paper first compares city com- munity development plan with related concepts and categories. Then it discusses the current situations of community development of Chinesecities. By point- ing out four problems which must be made clear in community development theory, it reaches two conclusions: One is a scientific community develop- ment theory should be established, the other is that current city planning system should be ameliorated.
