户外用PVCU给排水管及窗用型材粉化现象的防止

摘　　要：介绍一种新型配方技术 ,用于户外PVC U给排水管、雨落水管及窗用型材制备 ,可显著提高户外用PVC U型材的使用寿命。在户外用PVC U型材配方中加入适量的硬脂酸铜和蜜胺 ,既可防止PVC U表面的粉化现象 ,同时又能抑制其耐热老化性能的降低。新配方PVC U具有抗氧化、抗紫外线、耐候、耐老化的优良性能 ,热稳定性好。A new formulation technology is recommended for PVC U products such as service and drain pipes, rain pipes, window sectional materials. The useful life of these products will extend markedly. By adding appropriate copper stearated, melamine, the PVC U products have excellent properties of pulverization preventing and ageing resistance such as inoxidizable, uvioresistant, weatherproof, ageing resistant properties, and excellent heat stabilization. At the same time, the mechanism of anti pulverization and heat stability is presented.
