摘　　要：本文讲述了一种新型的卷绕系统,无卷径测量环节,也无松紧架同步装置,简单地让伺服控制变频器工作在转矩模式,用计算的方法间接获取卷径信息,实现变张力卷绕。This paper describes an new winding system which does not measure the winder diameters and use the synchronous dancers.Simply using the torque control mode of the servo controller accomplishes variable tension winding.
