摘　　要：故障诊断模块是煤矿堆取料机自动控制系统的重要模块。论述了在故障诊断模块中如何利用PLC的逻辑判断功能实现被控对象的监测、传感器的监测、PLC自身故障监测以及对故障的处理等。通过故障诊断模块 ,系统能够快速、准确地判断出故障的原因 ,为维修人员提供了帮助。The fault diagnosis module is important in the bucket loader automation system. It discusses about how to realize inspecting the controlled objects,sensors,PLC and dealing with the fault by the logical judging function of PLC in the fault diagnosis module. According to the fault diagnosis module, the system can judge the failure reason immediately and correctly, which can give help to maintainer.
