陶瓷刀具在硬质材料加工中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了陶瓷刀具的特点 ,并再此基础上分别阐明陶瓷刀具加工淬硬钢、高锰钢铸件和铬基合金的应用。通过采用LT5 5陶瓷刀具切削铬基合金的切削试验 ,研究了LT5 5陶瓷刀具切削铬基合金的切削性能 ,并得出陶瓷刀具LT5 5切削铬基合金时比较理想的切削参数。Characteristics of ceramic cutting tools are introduced,and ceramic cutting tools using in machining hardened steel,part cast in manganese steel and Cr-based alloys are discussed based on the characteristics of ceramic cutting tools.By the experience machining Cr-alloy with ceramic tools LT55,cutting performances of LT55 ceramic tools in machining Cr-alloy were investigated,as well as the better cutting parametre were got in machining Cr-alloy with ceramic tool LT55.
