摘　　要：主要介绍了对CA6 14 0车床进行经济型数控改造 ,主要包括纵向、横向进给系统及刀架的改造 ,CA6 14 0车床主轴转速部分保留原车床的手动变速功能。改造简单易行 ,可降低劳动强度 。This paper introduces a economic reformation of CA6140’s lathe. The reformation includings vertical table,horizontal table and the kinfe-framework. The overall master design: the spindle’s gearshift of the CA6140 mechanism controlled by the former operating lever.The information of CA6140 lathe is simplely and easily, which can reduce labour degree and improve production efficiency.
