摘　　要：在市场经济条件下 ,医院产权制度改革在优化资源配置、缓解当前医院发展困难、促进医院良性竞争等方面具有十分重要意义。本文根据现代产权经济理论 ,解析医院的经济实质、医院产权及其对资源配置的作用和医院所有权安排的要求。同时 ,结合我国医院的特点 ,提出现代医院产权制度改革的构想 。In the condition of market economy,the reform of hospital property system played an important role in optimizing resource allocation,relieving current difficulties and promoting normal competition.Basing on the modern theory of property economy,the author analyzed the economic essential and the property of the hospital.Meanwhile,the reform frame of property system in modern hospital was advanced and its feasibility was analyzed.
