疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死瘀血阻络型临床观察

摘　　要：为探讨疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死瘀血阻络型的疗效, 50例病人采用疏血通注射液治疗,观察临床疗效和血液流变学指标的变化。结果:临床基本治愈 6例,显效 26例,有效 16例,总有效率为 96%,显效率为 64%;治疗后血液流变学指标显著改善 (P<0.05)。提示疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死瘀血阻络型疗效确切,且无明显的毒副作用。To observe the clinical effects of “Shuxuetong Injection” in treating acute cerebral infarction of blood-stasis obstruction, 50 subjects were treated with this Injection. The clinical effects and blood rheology were observed. Results: Six cases got clinical cure, 26 cases marked effectiveness, 16 cases effectiveness, with the total effective rate of 96% and marked effective rate of 64%; the blood rheology improved after treatment (P<0.05). It is indicated that this Injection has positive effects on acute cerebral infarction.
