大孔吸附树脂提取中药地龙中蚓纤维蛋白溶酶的研究

摘　　要：为研究大孔吸附树脂提取中药地龙中蚓纤维蛋白溶酶,通过对 6种树脂的吸附容量,吸附平衡时间,洗脱液等条件进行考察,筛选出了D4020和D3520两种分离效果较好的树脂。Purification of plasmin of earthworm by macroporous adsorptive resin is studied. Six macroporous adsorptive resins are researched about adsorption capacity, adsorptive balance times, eluent, etc. Two of them, D4020 and D3520 had better adsorptive effects.
