摘  要:提出了润滑油精制过程直馏抽出油烈溶剂抽提的芳烃分离工艺路线。采用该技术处理直馏抽出油时,可以实现芳烃的有效分离。得到的二次抽余油饱和烃含量高,可以循环回抽提塔以提高润滑油组分的收率或将其作为催化裂化装置的原料,达到优化催化裂化装置的进料,改善产品结构的目的;同时还可以使抽出油的芳烃纯度大幅提高,便于化工利用。The aromatics separation process route with double-solvent extraction for straight-run extracted oil in lube oil refining process has been proposed. Aromatics in straight-run extracted oil have been effectively separated with the technology. Saturated hydrocarbons content of the secondary raffinate oil is higher,and it can be recycled back to the extracting tower to enhance lube oil yield or used as the feedstock of FCC unit to optimize FCC unit feedstock and improve product slate. In addition, the purity of aromatics separated from the extracted oil has been greatly increased, which is favorable for chemical utilization.
