摘　　要：中国石油辽河石化公司柴油加氢改质临氢降凝装置,原料为催化裂化柴油和直馏柴油,该装置选用了美国标准公司的预硫化技术及对应的DN3100/SDD-800催化剂,并于2003年10月一次开车成功,通过生产运行和考核,达到了预期目标。依靠所选用催化剂的特性,通过调整操作工艺参数,成功的实现了冬季生产低凝柴油、夏季生产优质柴油的生产方案灵活变换,省去了常规催化剂的注硫过程及相关设备,节省了工程投资,简化了开工过程及操作工艺,缩短了开工时间。FCC gas oil and straight-run diesel have been taken as the feedstock of diesel hydroupgrading-hydro visbreaking unit in Liaohe Petrochemical Company and the presulfiding technology together with the corresponding catalyst DN3100/SDD-800 developed by US Standard Co. has been adopted. The unit was successfully started up in Oct. , 2003, and the running and evaluation show that expectative production goals have been met. The flexible operation scheme of producing low pour point diesel in winter and optimum diesel in summer has been achieved with the corresponding catalyst and the adjustment on process parameters. Sulfur injection process for catalyst and the related equipments have been eliminated. The investment of engineering has been saved, start up process and operation have been simplified and the time for start up has been shortened.
