摘  要:分析和研究了太阳热反射涂料的隔热原理和液化石油气球罐的传热特点,计算了球罐温度和渗入罐内热量。计算表明应用高效太阳热反射涂料后,对液化石油气球罐表面,在炎热夏日,最大"日照超温"约为10℃;对丙烷球罐,在允许的最高液位下,液相界面温升不超过5℃,罐内压力不会超过设计值,操作安全。介绍了通宇T-1型高效太阳热反射涂料在九江分公司的实际应用情况,表明其隔热效果明显好于"凉凉胶",可取代淋水降温措施,涂料的防腐蚀性能好、使用寿命长。The heat insulation principle of solar heat reflection coating and heat transfer features of LPG storage sphere have been analyzed and studied. LPG storage sphere temperature and the heat seeped into the sphere have been calculated. The result shows that, for LPG storage sphere, the maximum 'sun shining super temperature' is about 10℃ in summer with the high efficiency solar heat reflection coating, and for propane storage sphere, the temperature rise of liquid interface has not exceeded 5℃ at the highest allowable liquid level. The pressure in sphere has not exceeded the design pressure, so it is a safe operation. The commercial application of Tongyu T-l high efficiency solar heat reflection coating in Jiujiang Company is expounded, the heat insulation effect is evidendy better than that of ' Liang Liang coating', and the water spraying can be replaced by it. In addition, the solar heat reflection coating is characterized by excellent anti - corrosion performance and long service life.
