数据包络分析在城市土地利用评价中的应用

摘　　要：将数据包络分析(DEA)的理论与模型应用于城市土地利用效率的评价中,并以济南市为背景,用C2 R模型进行了实证研究.评价结果表明10年来济南市土地利用效率年际间虽有不同程度的变化,但总体上呈上升趋势.根据DEA有效性值,从土地投入产出两个方面分析了非DEA有效年份的原因,并根据计算结果提出了有效利用城市土地的建议.The paper uses DEA theory and model to evaluate the ef fic iency of the urban land utilization.Based on Jinan city,this paper makes a posit ive research by applying DEA method.The evaluating results demonstrate th at the efficiency of the urban land utilization has risen during the past de cade in Jinan ci ty though it changes in different years.According to DEA validity,the paper analyse s the reasons for DEA invalidity from land input-output efficiency,and puts forwa rd suggestions to use urban land effectively.
