摘  要:根据安钢德马克小方坯的现场数据,建立了小方坯连铸机结晶器的二维凝固传热模型,采用有限差分法对数学模型求解,得到铸坯在结晶器内的表面温度分布和坯壳的生长规律,同时讨论了拉速、过热度、结晶器冷却水强度对铸坯的表面温度和坯壳生长的影响。According to the site data of Damag billet caster in Angang, a two - dimensional solidification and heat transfer model has been established for billet caster mould. The surface temperature profiles and the law of thinkness shell in the mould have been achieved by means of taking a finite difference method to solve the mathematical model, and the effect of casting sped,overheat degree,cooling water intensity are studied.According to the site data of Damag billet caster in Angang, a two - dimensional solidification and heat transfer model has been established for billet caster mould.
