内陆河流域的生态经济问题与协调发展模式——以黑河流域为例

摘　　要：本文以黑河流域为例,分析了内陆河流域现存的主要生态经济问题,提出了黑河流域生态经济协调发展的系统耦合模式。该发展模式包括三个层次:农牧业耦合、农牧业与农产品加工业耦合、流域生态经济系统与系统外的耦合。最后,分别对各层耦合的实现过程进行了详细研究。Taking the Heihe river basin as a case study, this paper analyzes major critical ecological and economic problems. Further more, the system coupling theory is applied to propose a coordinated development mode of the Heihe river basin. The mode is divided into three levels: (1) agriculture coupling with the grass-livestock industry; (2) farm production coupling with the agriculture industry; (3) the eco-economic system of Heihe river basin coupling with other systems outside of the basin. At the same time, detailed approaches and methods of each coupling level are demonstrated as well in this paper.
