除尘管网内合理风速的诊断研究

摘　　要：针对雷管自动装配线上除尘工序中排尘管道里滞留火药问题,本文采用稀相气固两相流理论,推出计算公式,找到了主要影响因素,为除尘管网内合理风速的选择提供了理论依据。By means of Gas-solid Two-phase Flows, this paper analyses and studies the question about gunpowder held up in the pipeline, points out influence the factor mainly, Thus offer the theoretical foundation for choice of the rational wind speed in dust.
