摘 要:以白鱼粉、豆粕为蛋白源,以蛋白质(45%、40%、35%)、可消化能(14、13、12MJ/kg)和预混料为试验因素,按照L9(34)正交表,对9000尾平均初重为0.40g的黄颡鱼鱼苗进行30d的饲养试验。试验结果表明:饲料蛋白质水平对黄颡鱼鱼苗的增重率和饲料转化率均有显著影响(P<0.05)。本试验条件下,黄颡鱼鱼苗的最适蛋白质水平为45%,最适能量水平为14MJ/kg。A three - factor,three - level orthogonal design was made to determine the effect of different nutritional diets on the growth of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco fry.9000 fishes with an average initial weight of 0.40 g are randomly distributed to 9 groups and were fed with test diets containing protein levels(45 %,40 %,35 %),digestible energy(14,13,12 MJ/kg)and different component premix for 30 days. The results indicated that the protein levels of diet had significantly effect on the weight gain rate and feed conversion of experimental fishes(P < 0.05). The optimal protein level for Pelteobagrus fulvidraco fry is 45 %, and the optimal digestible energy level is 14 MJ/kg.
