摘　　要：　设计了四惰轮标准型复合齿轮流量变送器,该变送器的流量脉动只有普通齿轮流量变送器脉动的1/20,可实现主动减小系统流量脉动,改善系统流量特性,在线测量高压液压系统动态流量。该流量计具有测量范围大、精度高、可靠性好等优点。A standard compound gear flow meter with four idler wheels is designed. With the flow pulsation rate only 1/20 of the common gear flow meter, the new type can be used to realize automatic reduction of flow pulsation of the system and improve the flow characteristic of the system, and then measure dynamic flow of high-pressure hydraulic system on line. The flow meter has the advantages of large measuring scope, high accuracy and good reliability.
