摘　　要：本文对双向开关的构成电路进行了综述。介绍了双向开关电路的分类,简述了双向开关器件、然后对双向晶闸管电路、交流斩波电路、矩阵电路等典型的双向开关电路分别进行了分析和介绍,对于含有双向开关的其他一些电路也进行了简单介绍。This paper has canted on the survey to the composition circuit of the bidrectional switch. Introduced the classification of the bidrectional switch circuit, sketched the device of the bidrectional switch. In charge of circuit, the bidirectional SCR circuit, the AC chop circuit and the matrix circuit etc. of typical bidirectional switch circuits are analyzed and introduced separately. And some other circuits with the bidirectional switch are simply introduced too.
