摘　　要：对水渣码头堆取料机回转大轴承的原检修方式进行了分析 ,提出了新的检修方式 ,并对分解方案进行了细化 ,对关键部位的强度进行了验算 ,对新旧方案的优劣进行了比较。Previous checking and repairing scheme for the slewing ring in bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer at a terminal is described and a new one is proposed.Specific dismantling procedures are presented and checking calculations of stress in key positions of the slewing ring are conducted.Comparison of new and previous schemes is performed.
