摘  要:通过对3000多公顷虾池检测496份病虾及水体,均证明致使对虾发生弧菌病、气单胞菌病时的临界菌量值为10^(4.5)~10~5个/ml,当虾池中弧菌数达到10^(4.5)个/ml时,对虾就可能发病,此时就需用药物预防或换水,并证明弧菌菌量与水温、饵料、对虾密度的关系为正相关.The occurence of vibriosis of Penaeus orientalis was associated with the number of the vibrio in pond water, and the critical level of bacterial number was 10~5b/ml. According to this datum, the authors suggest that the control-measure should be taken when bacterial number reached 10^(4.5)b/ml. The authors also find that the bacterial number was positively correlated with the water temperature, the amount of feed and the density of prawn in the pond.
