摘　　要：从亲鳖的选育、雌雄的配比、温度、湿度及水化因子进行人工控制,对鳖进行规模人工繁殖试验,获得每只雌鳖产卵45只以上,受精率90%以上,孵化率87%以上,稚鳖成活率99%以上的结果.By controlling the selection of mother soft-shelled turtles, the ratio of female to male, temperature, humidity and aqua-chemical factors, we conducted large-scaled artificial propagation experiment on soft-shelled turtles, and we obtained the result of spawning over 45 per female soft-shelled turtle, fertilizing rate over 90%, hatching rate over 87%, surviving rate of juvenile soft-shelled turtles over 99%.
