摘　　要：公共性是世界的固有属性,与人类事务关联的世界的公共性对人说来更是具有直接的型构功能和价 值理念意义。自从私人领域和公共领域在人类社会逐渐分化开来以后,公共性就成为人类社会得以存在的重要维 度。自现代社会建立以来,如何确立一种具有合法性的社会正义,最大限度地维护世界本来固有的公共性本质,并 把这种既自然又人文的世界公共性通过人的活动自觉地还原出来,就成为当代人类社会追求公共性的特定诠释和 意义。公共性在当代所面临的通约性与不可通约性、确定性与不确定性以及自洽公共性与泛公共性等的矛盾,都 是需要我们认真关注和克服的。The publicity is the inherent attribute of the world. The publicity of the world related with human affairs is even more important with direct construct function and the meaning of value and idea for people. After the private field splitting up gradually from public field among the human society, the publicity become an importance aspect of existence of human society. Since establishing of the modern society, how to establish a kind of social justice with legitimacy, to safeguard the originally inherent public essence of the world to the maximum extent, at the same time to make it come out consciously through activity of people, become the specific annotation and meaning of contemporary human society pursuing publicity. Publicity confronts some contradictions between commensurability and incommensurability, determinacy and indeterminacy, proper publicity and Excessive publicity. We need pay more attention to these all and overcome them conscientiously
